Tech Support
The VDO Technology Club offers a wide range of services for the VDO community. One of the most appreciated is our free technical support offered by our volunteers for resort residents.
One help session is offered weekly in the PC computer room on Thursday afternoon, 1:00-3:00 pm for Windows computers and Android.
Note: We no longer provide service for Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 computers, nor does Microsoft.
Please arrive promptly prior to the start of these sessions – waiting chairs are provided in the hallway. Our monitor will take notes on your technical needs and will assign you to an available team member. BADGE REQUIRED
