The VDO PC Group and the Mac Computer Group offer a wide range of services for the VDO community.  One of the most appreciated is our free technical support offered by our volunteers for resort residents.

“Help Sessions” are offered weekly beginning mid-November as follows:

Wednesday mornings 9-11 a.m. for Mac computers and Apple iPads or iPhones

Thursday afternoons 1-3:30 p.m. for Windows computers, Android or Apple tablet owners

Note:  We no longer provide service for Windows XP computers, nor does Microsoft.

Please arrive promptly prior to start of these sessions – waiting chairs are provided in the hallway.  Our monitor will take notes on your technical needs and will assign you to an available team member.

Examples of the types of assistance are:
  • Advise on upgrading or buying a new computer
  • Help with getting connected to the Internet
